Questions
- What is the TDAC?
- The Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC) is the digital arrival form that travellers entering Thailand complete before arrival. Once submitted, a QR code is issued that can be shown at the entry checkpoint.
- Is this a government service?
- No. TDAC Arrival Card Assistant is an independent private assistance service operated by a Singapore company. We are not affiliated with the Thai government or any government agency. The TDAC can be obtained directly from the government free of charge; our optional fee covers assistance, review and delivery.
- How much does it cost?
- The service fee is shown in full before you pay. There is no government fee for the TDAC itself, and no other charge.
- When should I apply?
- The TDAC can be completed within the days leading up to arrival in Thailand. We recommend applying as soon as your travel dates and accommodation are known.
- What if something needs to be corrected?
- Write to support@arrivalcards.app with your order reference. Corrections are handled by our team; a new QR code is sent once the application is resubmitted.
