Terms of Service
Last updated: 22 September 2026
These terms apply to the TDAC Arrival Card Assistant mobile application and website (the “Service”), operated by AETHER INNOVATIONS PTE. LTD. (“we”, “us”), 2 Venture Drive, #19-21, Vision Exchange, Singapore 608526. By using the Service you accept them.
1. What the Service is — and is not
The Service is an independent, private assistance service. We help you complete the Thailand Digital Arrival Card (TDAC), check your application for formatting and consistency errors, submit it on your behalf and deliver the resulting QR code to you.
We are not affiliated with the Thai government or any government agency. The arrival card can be obtained directly from the government free of charge. Using the Service is optional; the fee you pay is for our assistance, review and delivery work only.
We do not decide whether you are admitted to Thailand, do not provide legal or immigration advice, and cannot guarantee entry. Entry decisions belong to the border authorities alone.
2. Eligibility and your account
You must be at least 18 years old to purchase the Service. You may complete an arrival card for another traveller (for example a family member) only with their authorisation, and you are responsible for the accuracy of the information entered on their behalf.
3. Your information
You are solely responsible for the truthfulness and accuracy of the information you supply (identity, passport, travel and accommodation details, and any health or travel-history answers). We never invent or alter that information. Submitting false or misleading information may result in denial of entry or other consequences under the law of the destination, and ends the Service without refund. Our review catches formatting and consistency errors; it cannot verify the underlying truth of what you provide.
4. Fees and payment
The service fee is shown in full before you pay, in the currency displayed. There is no government fee for the TDAC. Payments are processed by Stripe (card) or by Apple when you buy through the App Store; we do not store card numbers. Card statements show our billing descriptor. If you do not recognise a charge, contact us first at support@arrivalcards.app so we can identify it.
5. Delivery
Most applications are processed within a few hours of payment; we aim to deliver well before your arrival when your travel dates allow. Your QR code is sent to the email address you provided and shown in the App. Check your spam folder if you do not see it, then contact support. If the arrival card system is unavailable or rejects an application, we will tell you what is needed to complete it.
6. Corrections and cancellations
If a detail must be corrected after submission, contact support with your order reference; we resubmit the application and send a new QR code where possible. Because processing usually starts right after payment, cancellation is only possible before we begin work — contact support immediately. Once your application has been submitted, the service has been performed. Refund requests are reviewed individually by our team. Purchases made through the App Store are refunded, where applicable, through Apple under Apple’s own rules; contact us first and we will help.
7. Payment disputes
Before opening a chargeback or payment dispute, you agree to contact us and give us a reasonable opportunity (no more than 14 days) to resolve the issue. Disputes opened without prior contact, for a service that was delivered, will be contested with our delivery evidence.
8. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the Service for anyone without their authorisation, not to submit fraudulent information, not to interfere with the App or our systems, and not to resell the Service without our written agreement.
9. Liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses (missed flights, accommodation, lost profits), for decisions of border or transport authorities, or for delays caused by the arrival card system or by inaccurate information you provided. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the service fee you paid for the order concerned, or US$100, whichever is higher. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
10. Intellectual property
The App, its name, logo, texts and code belong to AETHER INNOVATIONS PTE. LTD.. You receive a personal, non-transferable licence to use the App for its intended purpose.
11. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Singapore. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably will be referred to arbitration administered by the Singapore International Arbitration Centre (SIAC) under its rules, seated in Singapore, in English — without prejudice to mandatory consumer-protection rights in your country of residence.
12. Changes and contact
We may update these terms; the date at the top shows the latest version and the version in force is the one displayed when you place an order. Contact: support@arrivalcards.app — AETHER INNOVATIONS PTE. LTD., 2 Venture Drive, #19-21, Vision Exchange, Singapore 608526.
